Gobble gobble gobble...

Kirk & Lindsay the Turkey Day hosts!

This is the 1st year in 25 years I have NOT hosted Thanksgiving dinner ~ BUT I wouldn't have changed one thing this year... The newlyweds Lindsay & Kirk were the hosts for about 20 family & friend members!

Lindsay's Grammie was there! Hey she's really cool, does FB and
she's 93 years young too!How about that?

Dear family friend Judy, Cheryl (Lindsay's mom) & Lindsay

The week started like this~ I traveled in to wait for their Corina tops to be installed on Monday~ The window was 11-1 and unbelievably they arrived at 11:30- everything fit perfectly & I couldn't wait for the kids to get home to see their "finishing touches" to their new kitchen re-do.

contractor from Home Depot installing the kitchen tops...

This Thanksgiving was perhaps one of the most memorable because there was so much love & laughter in this home that it didn't matter if the weather was misty & miserable outside. My family and Lindsay's family with a host of dear dear friends enjoyed every minute...From talking about the wedding to watching 5 people try to open up ONE can of cranberry....

How many people can fit into a kitchen? Here and...

and here too...

Part of my silly family...My sister, dad, mom, little nephew Jamie (lol),
brother Buddy, and dear nieces Danielle & Vanessa...

Lindsay's Dad~ brother & fiance~ who will be married next year!

I hope everyone had a moment to count their blessings,

take time for family & friends & just enjoy life this Thanksgiving holiday...

Their Corian looks wonderful!! I'm so glad it all went in without a problem.

Hugs!
